The leaderboard speaks

"Started at absolute zero in January. By winter I finished my first full 18. The staged programme meant I always knew exactly what to practise."
Pieter M. · Stage 01 → 03
"The slow-motion review found a plane fault three previous coaches missed. Seeing the angle drawn on my own swing made it click instantly."
Annelie V. · HCP 24 → 16
"I live in Durban and use the remote reviews. Voice-over video back within two days, every time, with drills I can actually do at the range."

The Swing Lab

Every angle. Every frame.

Load any swing video in the browser-based Swing Lab: scrub frame-by-frame, slow it to 0.1×, and draw plane lines and measure joint angles right on the footage. It's the same tool used in your lesson review — and it's free to use.

Three drills every student starts with. Film yourself doing them and check your positions in the Swing Lab.

Setup · 5 min

Mirror Posture Check

Stand side-on to a mirror. Hinge from the hips until your arms hang straight down, knees soft. Hold 10 seconds, reset, repeat. Athletic posture is the foundation of every good swing.

3 × 10 holds · daily

Tempo · 10 min

3-to-1 Count Swings

Swing back on a slow count of three, down on one. No ball. Trains the tour-standard tempo ratio and kills the rushed transition that costs most amateurs distance.

2 × 15 swings · 3× per week

Short game · 15 min

Ladder Putting

Place tees at 1m, 2m and 3m. Hole out in sequence; miss anywhere and start over. Complete three full ladders. Pressure practice that transfers straight to the course.
